Job description


The functionality tester will be in charge of testing the client’s products (video games) on all kinds of platforms (consoles, online games, social networks) by executing test cases. The bugs found will have to be reported in a database and entered in the test suite.


Main responsibilities


·         Test the products by following the test suite;

·         Execute test cases;

·         Report bugs in the database;

·         Follow up on them


Requirements


·         At least one year of experience as a video game tester, a must

·         Written and spoken English skills

·         Experience with console and/or PC game testing

·         Communicates efficiently, works well in a team, demonstrates strong analytical skills

·         Detail oriented

·         Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Jira, Test Track Pro and/or Devtrack, a plus

Job Description:  

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Working under the direction of the Director and Manager of Corporate Risk and Clinical Compliance, this individual is responsible for supporting an integrated and comprehensive clinical compliance program. The Clinical Compliance Coordinator is the first line reviewer for potential clinical compliance issues including, but not limited to, HEIDIS Standards, mortality, clinic screening indicators, physician peer review and focus studies.

As the Clinical Compliance Coordinator, this individual will participate in detailed review of medical records and processes the clinical assessments and mandated regulatory compliance.

As a Coordinator, this individual will support various physician committees, peer review and the quality reappointment processes with data aggregation.

This individual will support clinical process improvement projects and generate necessary reports. This position further supports data reporting processes and assists in various Clinical Compliance initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Level of knowledge normally acquired through the clinical practice and a current license in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare within an ambulatory care setting preferred.

Previous experience in quality review is preferred.

Knowledge of Clinical Compliance and Risk theory and statistics, leading teams or facilitating groups preferred.

Working knowledge in computers, programs, data bases and spreadsheets; (i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point)

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in appropriate complaint investigation/review to ensure resolution of patient/family or provider appeals, grievances or complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.

Identify non-compliance with state, federal, and Health Plan standards.

Assist in developing clinical medical record and site audit tools and conduct audits to determine provider compliance with established standards.

Work with Corporate Risk and Clinical Compliance staff to ensure provider understanding and compliance with required elements of medical record documentation and other clinical practice standards.

Provide a summary of review and recommend solutions.

Communicate audit results to the Clinical Compliance Manager and assist with provider education about best practices.

Assist in the Clinical Compliance Manager’s review process by gathering pertinent medical information, organizing the cases for review, and assist in the coordination of interventions as advised by the Medical Director(s).

Assist in the Clinical Compliance Peer Review process by gathering information for physician peer reviewers.

Assist with the development of the CC Work Plan, CC Evaluation and the monitoring of Work Plan activities.

Assist with CC activities and projects as directed by the Director and Manager of the Corporate Risk and Clinical Compliance.

Demonstrate initiative, ability to work with others, and professional judgment.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
